Refund Policy

At Tibb e Sina, we stand fully behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our herbal formulas. We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or phone number used at checkout).
• The product must have been purchased directly from our official website or WhatsApp store.
• You must provide a brief reason for your return (this helps us improve our products).

Products purchased from third-party resellers are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the reseller directly for their own return policy.

Requesting a refund is easy. Contact us using any of the methods below:

1. WhatsApp (Fastest): Message us on 0300-1234567 with your order number and the word "REFUND".
2. Email: Send us an email at info@tibbesina.pk with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
3. Contact Form: Fill out the Contact Us form and select "Return & Refund" as the subject.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

We keep our return process simple. However, the following general conditions apply:

• Opened or partially used products are accepted for refund — you should not need to return an empty bottle to claim your money back.
• If you received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, we will issue an immediate refund or replacement at no cost to you.
• In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back. We will cover the return shipping cost if the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
• Please do not destroy or discard the product packaging until your refund is confirmed.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Please have your account details ready when contacting us.
• You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification once your refund has been sent.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item from our range, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-1234567. If the replacement product is of a different value, the price difference will be settled accordingly.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Products purchased more than 60 days before the refund request.
• Bundle or combo packs where individual components have been heavily used (more than 80% consumed).
• Products that were clearly misused or deliberately damaged.
• Gift cards or promotional credits.

In cases of dispute, Tibb e Sina reserves the right to make the final decision at its sole discretion.
